Our main goal is to make it easy for you to order. If there is any confusion or special requests, please feel free to call our order takers at the numbers listed below.


Orders are not binding until accepted by GSP. GSP will indicate its acceptance of an order by shipping you the ordered items. Because prices, product descriptions and availabiliy may change, GSP does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information offered on this site. All items are subject to change without notice. 


General Information

    1.    Keep your account information current with our web site. If you have moved since your last order or have had any other changes to your information, log in to your account and update your record.

    2.    Your ID# is very important to our record keeping. Please spell your name the same way for all of your orders and correspondence. Your customer ID# is based on this spelling. We will assign a unique ID# to your account when we process your first order. This ID# will be on each invoice..

    3.    Check yes or no in the Back Order box. All titles are normally in stock, but availability is sometimes a problem with foreign publications. In case we are out of one or more of your selections, checking the Back Order box will keep your order in our files. We will ship and bill back orders as soon as they become available. Postage and handling will be applied. If on file at the time, we will bill your credit card for back orders as they are sent. Pro-forma invoices* are sent if requested, or if your back order comes in at a much higher price.

All Back Orders are automatically cancelled if not invoiced and delivered within 6 months of the original Back Order date.

    4.    Check yes or no in the Alternative Editions box in your shopping cart. Some titles are published by many different publishers. If you check yes, we will make substitutions if we are out of the edition you ordered. Please be aware that prices do vary dramatically in some cases.

    5.    Check your preference for shipping. We charge exact postage fees. If your order costs us $3.53 to send, this is the amount you will be billed. Your invoice detail will show the actual charges.

*A pro-forma invoice is sent to you with all pertinent information; merchandise, shipping, and handling costs, balance dues, etc.. We will hold the merchandise pending your confirmation and payment for a specified time, after which the order is automatically cancelled.




U.S. Orders

GSP fully insures our deliveries including tracking numbers through UPS service UNLESS we are mailing to a P.O. Box or a different service carrier is requested by the customer. Generally, the U.S. postal service will be used for single items, letter-sized, some back-orders, and for regular service to Hawaii, Alaska and other U.S. territories. U.S. postal service is not insurable.

International Orders

GSP's international shipping is provided by UPS world wide expidited/world wide saver and US Postal Airmail and US Priority Mail Services. UPS Automatically insured up to $100 (25 cents per $100 thereafter) with easy-to-use tracking numbers, UPS International Express guarantees swift and reliable service anywhere in the world. US Postal Airmail and US Priority Mail Services are NOT insurable and NOT guaranteed. Please Note: International customers may incur some customs and duties charges over and above the actual shipping charge. Back Orders and Special Orders

GSP reserves the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for remaining deliveries. GSP provides back orders as a convenience to the customer. You may request "No Back Orders" when completing your ordering information. Except for shipping and handling, there is no extra charge to Back Order: When the back ordered items are again in stock, GSP will then charge your account and ship the back order. GSP reserves the right to charge an account for unwanted back orders that have not been cancelled prior to shipping. Shipping and handling will be charged on all back orders. ALL SPECIAL ORDERS must be authorized by a GSP customer service representative and are NOT guaranteed.





Payment Option

GSP accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER cards, U.S. checks, cashier's checks, and money orders in U.S. Dollars only. GSP may hold orders for up to 10 days, pending receipt of a personal check or money order. GSP will not hold items without a form of payment option selected at the time of ordering.


Sales Tax

Tax is only applicable for California residents. All other states and countries do not apply. International customers may incur customs and duties charges over and above actual shipping charges.



Due to strict copyright laws, all music and book sales are definitely final, so please choose your selections carefully. We will accept returns for shipment errors on our part, or if an item is defective or damaged. Please contact us for return authorization in this case. We will not accept unauthorized returns.

Please give us your customer ID or name, phone or fax number, the original invoice number, and a list of the items you wish to return.


Returned items must be received within 30 days from date of purchase for an exchange or refund. We will send you a RMA number and instructions on how to return the product(s). Please do not return an item without a RMA number. Packages without a RMA number will be returned to sender.


Some returns may require a 20% restocking fee. CREDIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR GSP ACCOUNT ONLY. GSP reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason.


* Items must be returned prepaid (no C.O.D.s) in the original packaging and condition. Merchandise must be in the same condition as it was when it was originally shipped. If the item is packaged with factory material (cardboard, styrofoam, protective anything) - that must be returned undamaged as well. Shrink wrap does not apply. Original shipping charges are not refundable under most conditions.


* Please be aware that some items are non-returnable: All sheet music, opened or used strings, computer software, sound cards, internal earphones, earplugs, pick-ups that have been installed, CD's, Videos, DVD's and other various items. If you have any questions or concerns about an item or its returnability, please call us.



All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. GSP is not responsible for manufacturer warranties and all related claims are strictly between the customer and the manufacturer.



How can I tell a page is secure?

One way to tell that a page is secure is by looking at the padlock or key at the bottom of your browser window. When the padlock is closed or the key is whole (not broken), it means you are on a secure page. Some browsers also display a blue horizontal line just below the menu bar of your browser. Also, you will notice that secure pages start with the prefix https instead of http.
