Kosa Hashizume, a composer and guitarist who studied hard in , challenged their music using the guitar as an homage collection.

With the desire to make guitar fans feel closer to composers from various countries, eras, and fields, "Modern Guitar" will release one song each month over the course of a year. , The score was serialized along with a commentary on the work composed by Kosa Hashizume. The 12 songs have been compiled into one book as "12 Hommages".

Like the title "Homage", it incorporates elements such as the technique, motif, and melody of the original composer as a guitar song, making it as if the composer composed it for the guitar.

■Kosa Hashizume/Kousuke Hashizume: Profile/Biography:
Composer, guitarist. After studying at the Conservatoire de Nice, France, and completing a Bachelor of Science course in guitar science at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Brussels, Belgium (dropped out of the master course in the guitar department), he majored in composition and conducting (composition) at Kyoto City University of Arts Graduate School of Music. Completed after studying abroad at the Royal College of Music.

He has won top prize at the Yamaguchi Guitar Competition as a guitarist, and has been selected as a composer in composition competitions and public offerings in Germany, Japan, Ireland, and Finland. He receives commissions for composing various compositions, mainly chamber music works.

He has also produced many guitar works, including serialization in Gendai Guitar magazine. In recent years, he has participated in art exhibitions and art festivals as a performer and writer, and is also focusing on activities that cross the art field beyond music.
He presides over the art collective "Rosetta".
