The year is not given but this guitar was custom made for jazz guitarist Eddie Duran who played it a lot. A hybrid with 13 frets to the body, it’s extremely easy to play with low action and narrow nut width. The sound is rich and clear with ample sustain in all registers.
It’s with under the bridge contact pickups, is very responsive, and sounds very rich while real and natural. This guitar is equally impressive, plugged or unplugged.
There are a fair amount of finish scratches and dings. The one crack at the bottom of the soundboard was expertly repaired by Alan Perlman.
