Rosewood is considered to be one of the most universal tonewoods for guitars and in conjunction with the thin spruce soundboard, the Natural PF achieves a very good attack with a full sound and crisp tone. Attack and sustain on this guitar are well balanced with each other, responding well to many styles of playing.
The HANIKA ‘NATURAL’ finish is a special feature on this guitar. This very thin varnish / wax sealing makes the finish less sensitive to stresses that typically occur when the instrument is played. The thin sealing helps to produce a particularly open and transparent sound.
Made from select solid tonewoods, this guitar comes with a flat soundboard featuring asymmetrical fivefold fan bracing. The gold-coloured, bushing-barreled tuning machines with ebony buttons, the cedar neck - reinforced with the best hardwood, the high-quality African blackwood fretboard and triple-layer rosewood-maple-rosewood head plate underline the Natural PF's high quality.
