[Solo Guitar]

The fifth reprint series of historical arrangements by Kazuhito Yamashita. Dvorak <Largo> is also popular in Japan under the title of "Home Road", and is a famous melody that no one knows. The influence of folk songs, black spirituals, and Indian folk songs that were sung in the Bohemia immigrant settlements that Dvorak frequently visited during his three years in the United States can be seen. Gerónimo Jimenez (1854-1923) was an active Spanish composer and conductor, and "Marriage of Luis Alonso" is a work of Zarzuela (a traditional Spanish opera) composed by him. What is picked up here is the interlude, which is a representative orchestral piece of Jimenez and a well-known masterpiece in Spain. Kazuhito Yamashita's arrangement makes effective use of Rasgueado and is full of Spanish-style wildness and dynamism. In both songs, the orchestral music has been reborn as a guitar solo song, and it is a good concert piece, an encore piece.
