Shrink wrap has 199 written with black felt marker in the center - also a little faded black felt markings on the back side shrinkwrap
There is a small, mysterious 1/4" (triangular shape) cutout on the lower back cover, LP opening side - showing the gray cardboard under the white printed cover paper
LP jacket is not original - it's from a Columbia SQ Quadraphonic recording - not RCA
