The binding on the cover has a clean break about 3/4" from the top - the break continues for about 1/2" right to left on the back - it continues on the front for 2" as a crease from left to right
The bottom spine corner has a ding as does the bottom LP side corner
The bottom of the sleeve shows some shelf wear, especially in the middle 1-1/2"
Everything else on the sleeve shows extremely minimal wear
