The guitarist José Tomás (1934-2001), student of Andrés Segovia, was himself a renowned teacher and mentor to numerous international classical guitarists, including such famous soloists as David Russell, Ignacio Rodes and many others. He was also known for his fidelity to the work and intelligent fingering of his arrangements and transcriptions. This anthology includes arrangements from Dowland to Bach to Granados and Ravel, presented here for the first time in an authorized collection based on the manuscripts.
