Whistling Molly

Whistling Molly comes from the vast and diverse heritage of American fiddle music. Originally created as dance music, it is now common to find these traditional tunes strung together or inserted into bluegrass repertoire. This particular tune comes from the Irish-American fiddle literature. The arrangement features a fairly straightforward approach with each guitar getting their pass at the tune. During the third iteration of the main fiddle tune I have worked into the accompanying material a setting of the Anglican hymn Praise God, from Whom all Blessing Flow.
